This private residence in Paris was finished in collaboration with designer french designer Jean K. The house with a carport, a garage and garden shed is designed in entirty. The concept is primarily based on the idea of having a minimalistic approach towards the internal spaces. Daylight admission is central to the entire space planning. The transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces get more pronounced by easliy flowing spaces, so the mild accompanies the changeover. At the entrance from the living room an instant confrontation with a transition lobby is carried out deliberately to strengthen the connection. The house seeks a synthesis between interior and exterior subsequently, so that an instant romantic relationship with the panoramic view is generated.
The different ranges of spaces in the house offer a subtle play about the central staircase with fairly small degree of variations. The master bedroom is adjacent to a void space in the outdoor terrace so that the split degree is made visible.
