The 2.18 acres development attempts to maximise the impact of its built form on the main approach. While a grand plaza links its two blocks, connecting bridges and access areas integrate the building with the spaces around. Besides, effective daylight harvesting and solar control is achieved through the use of low-e glass and the temporary roof structures are integrated with the built form.
