The house is intended for two brothers to be built on a plot area of 132 sq. mtr. The house was designed as a whole with stilt and four floors, two for each family with common terrace garden. The building elevation has been designed in a staggered form with segregated balconies to break the linearity of the fa?ade. IPE wood and Italian stone has been used on the fa?ade giving it a very neat and contemporary look. Double height green wall at the front adds a soothing feel to the hard fa?ade as well as merges the building with its surroundings.
Taking the advantage of a green belt in front of the plot, the master bedroom and drawing room have been placed in front to get the view of the green area. The lower duplex has drawing, dining, kitchen and one bedroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms designed on the first floor, with master bedroom placed in the front.
The lobby on the ground floor has a casual sitting with dining and kitchen alongside. Due to constrain in space the interior has been kept minimalistic. The lower duplex has green as the dominating color which is reflected through the paintings, textures etc. whereas the upper duplex has blue as the dominating color.
