The spiralling M[I]NARET rises upwards as a collection of four distinct yet interconnected bundled towers to form a collective urban sky-park at the roof level. The 200 meter tall mixed use tower is designed using the intrinsic structural qualities of folded origami morphologies. This structural system also allows a high degree of flexibility of its internal spaces by creating large column free spaces. The cluster formation and folded geometry is also significant in environmental terms, allowing controlled light inside through articulated apertures and providing protection from incident solar radiation. Socially and spatially, M[I]NARET offers a new solution for a contemporary mixed-use project.
