The form of this office building is mainly determined by its climatic orientation. The east and west faces of the building contain the circulation and service elements to block off heat gain. The south facade has thin strip windows and deep aluminum overhangs to keep out the harsh sun, whereas the north facade is fully glazed to bring in glare free light to the interiors. This north curtain wall peels off and curves in to create sky garden spaces long the facade. These landscaped sky gardens provide a space for an outdoor caf as well as informal meeting spaces at multiple levels. Public program on entry level. The offices are spread across 15 levels and the floor plate are of 35000 sq ft each. This project has a green building rating.
