Kanika AggarwalKanika has had a keen interest in natural materials and as part of her undergraduate thesis she researched and explored bamboo architecture extensively. Furthering her passion she went on to train and work at Auroville Earth Institute before pursuing Masters in Architecture at the AA (Architectural Association), London specialising in Sustainable Environmental Design. In London, Kanika went on to gain professional experience atHopkins Architects for the next 4 years. She worked on several prestigious projects of public buildings in London mainly at the detail design stage, imbibing the true essence of Hopkins design style. While at Hopkins, she also went on to pursue her passion in Independent Curation at Central St. Martins College of Art, Summer School, London.

Since back in India, Kanika is focussed on andblack studio. One of her first commissions is a Corporate Office for a Jewellery company in Ahmedabad and other projects involving interior design. She has also been extremely proud to be part of the Design Emporia Initiative as the curator for their E-Gallery.
