Their vision to cater customers a brighter living, they have expanded the long-term vision in order to create a more wide-ranging and green India. In this context they have aspired to achieve the following resolutions by the year 2020.
  1. Ensured employability: In India, about only 80 million are employed out of 600 million people. Efforts are being made in order to make these unemployed people skilled so that they can get employed. To achieve this, their goal is to train 1 million rural and urban youth in employment skills.

  2. Creation of greener India: The company adheres to make its business more sustainable, efforts are being made to transform the business into a neutral carbon creating and zero wastage, conservation of water and a totally energy proficient business.

  3. Innovation of green and good products: The good product or green product refers addressing the issues of people below the poverty line. These issues include sanitation, hygiene, health, water education, livelihood etc. The green products will reduce energy, and consumption of material and water which in turn will benefit the people. Therefore, they aim to create green and good products that may address the critical social issues.
