The Shri yantra is considered the greatest and the most auspicious of all yantra’s. It displays the splendor of the male and female principle to manifest the root principles of life (tattvas). The centre of the shri yantra is the ‘bindu’ which represents the union of the manifest and un-manifest worlds. The bindu is surrounded by nine interlocking triangles. Five of them point downwards representing the male principle and four of them point upwards representing the female principle. The yantra eliminates all negative energy around the owner and radiates positive energy.
