This block caters to Three halls of varying capacity, with the main hall accommodating 200 seats at the lower level. This hall is oriented along the North- South direction, hence the building is tilted at an angle.
The approach to this structure is through an inclined pathway, with gradual steps of exposed clay bricks, retaining the contour of the place. The inviting pathway leads to the reception hall, with a concrete reception counter. Along with the 2 halls, Twin break out space with jaali walls and jaali block roof is provided as break out space . The halls are constructed with exposed Brick work and are well ventilated with Glazed Alluminium windows on both sides for good ventilation and lighting.
The stairs from the lobby area leads to the first floor conference hall which is in Pyramid Shape. This hall accommodates around 75 people, with a small viewing balcony on two sides. This pyramid is constructed of PUF insulated panels, thus keeping the interior area of this conference hall cooler. The pyramid is constructed at 52 degree angle, aligned to the Perfect North- South direction to attract more cosmic energy. The flat slab over the reception area acts as the break out space for the first floor conference area. This lower level roof area acts as a perfect foreground to the Pyramid structure and also it is a welcome sight from the entrance, along with the inclined pathway
