The construction of Vipul Belmonte commenced in the year 2005. The basement was detached from the tower to expedite the construction process.
The gardens on top of the basement became important transition spaces. The 6m gap between the towers and basement allowed the necessary space to run the services of the towers on the site.
The design of the landscape provides lawns as congregation spaces. It provides seating under trellises and on benches. This would allow residents to experience the visual beauty and fragrances of the garden. Well designed children's play areas have been provided. Intricate and innovative detailing was done by using precast P.C.C, krebs, coping and risers. This addresses the issue of landscape cost and imparts a timeless elegance to the public landscape.
