Located at Khadakwasla, the Villa captures the most thrilling vistas of the surrounding scenic nature. It peacefully gazes onto the hills which becomes the horizon for the Lake and Sky to meet. The Villa forms part of a larger weekend homes project, which has developed its own unique identity through value added characteristics.
The weekend house emerges as one of the delightful Rustic retreat, balancing a true ethnic feel in an elegant contemporary design.
Materials and finishes exhibit richness in quality, showcasing perfect blend of traditional elements in a modern setup, overlook into Khadakwasla backwaters and Sinhgad fort.
The use of traditional elements lie Warli paintings, textiles and handicraft, contribute to its blended flavor, while generating simple spaces linking with natural surroundings. Whereas, use of materials like leather, copper, brass antiques and wood gently hold and enhance the contemporary furniture and ethnic interiors.
