Redefining the 'mall' shopping experience in Gurgaon, amidst the many emerging malls, Panorama is conceived as a picturesque arena for leisure that provides the visitor with more than just a luxury shopping experience. In the rapidly urbanizing NCR, with upcoming commercial accomplishments, on a daily basis, Panorama sets apart its unique and distinct character by being an integral social and leisure hub with its retail, entertainment and hospitality facilities.
Conceived as a landmark with an inimitable architectural character and an exclusive facade, Panorama is identifiable from a distance, and is hard to miss on approach. An appropriate blend of retail and serviced apartments, the site is accessed from Sohna Road in suburban NCR. The built volumes follow a simple schema of two separate buildings (resulting from separate ownerships of the project proponents) coming together at the main drop-off portico. Set amidst lush greenery, the front retail block is low-lying with shops and entertainment areas. An entrance concierge, a well-planned circulation and ease of mobility enable efficient movement for the shoppers. Interconnecting walkways enable the visitors to walk from unit to unit, along with bridges, alleys, footpaths and seating spaces that perfect the indoor version of the traditional marketplace. The retail is spread across 3 floors, with a food court at the top level, a large landscaped terrace houses a swimming pool and spa for leisure activities. The terraces above these are planned for use by the banquet facilities and the public levels of the serviced apartments. The Serviced Suites, are designed in efficient floor plates optimized for functional planning. Each serviced apartment gets a balcony that also endows the built volume with an exclusive elevation-al strategy with balcony parapets as highlights of the facade. The upper levels of the apartment block house a gym and lap pool.
The meticulous design, along with its functional competence with an apt amount of open/green spaces and the right blend of concrete and greenery, local and exotic, indoor and outdoor, makes Panorama an ideal commercial destination that attempts to create a paradigm shift amidst the many commercial developments splurging in this part of the city.
