The site was non-descript factory shed which exhibits pitched roof section of varying heights, located in Koramangala, Bangalore. It measures 19 x 16 mtrs with its entry located on the eastern fringe of the site the shorter dimension faces a road, which forms a part of a cul -de sac. The programme is essentially blocked into two in one, the parking cum service station and the other the administration spaces both arranged axially in the direction of approach along the eastern edge. The idea was to create an identity, a space expressing the corporate identity and its energy within the existing shell of the warehouse. Pro-grammatically the intention was to integrate the various functions and yet maintain their perspective identities. Spaces for the individual as well as for their collective were to be incorporated. The attempt is also to develop a space for both the customer and user viewpoints to encourage profitable interactions. The programme as an identity was viewed as an insertion. It attempts to generate a symbiotic relationship with the existing warehouse retaining their individual identities while creating a new one all together. The block extends itself further to express the penetration and also disengages to create independent blocks.
