The project is named behind the sacred stones of the hindu mythology, with Phase I comprising of 300 apartments developed in an site area of 4.3 Acres. It comprises of 4 Blocks Coral, Ruby, Peral & Emerald depecting the sacred stones and vary in its configuration. Pearl & Ruby is identically planned and has a combination of 1BHK & 2BHK with flat area ranging from 656 Sft - 866 Sft. Coral has a combination of 2BHK & 3BHK with flats area ranging from 1150Sft - 1400Sft. Emerald comprises of 4BHK and varies from 2000Sft - 3000Sft. Navratna achieves its compactness because of its horizontally clustered minimalistic contemporary architecture with adequate breathing spaces between blocks confirming to basic vastu planning principles. The facade is minimalistic and comprises of Aluminium Sunshades and Fibre Reinforced Cement Panel Boxing. The Central Open space acts as a lung to the development thus maintaiing the stipulated 10% OSR.
Navratna 1&2 are first of its kind budget apartments within MARG Swarnabhoomi (a 600 acre SEZ on ECR). The apartment types range from 650sft single bed to 2500 sft four bed penthouses. Navratna achieves its compactness because of its horizontally clustered minimalistic contemporary architecture with adequate breathing spaces between blocks. Use of Fibre reinforced cement panels, UPVC Windows, Factory made door panels, Portable STP/RO Plant are some of the modern initiatives taken from the Design and Engineering aspect.
