Mythreyi Ameyavana, located at JP Nagar II phase is a residential apartment development. The site consists of beautiful natural features such as rocks, nalas and water bodies. The concept was to retain these pristine natural features of the site and provide the end user with contemporary apartments with fabulous views and amenities. Hence the name AMEYAVANA that means abundant endless forest. Integrating the structure with surrounding was achieved by courtyard planning. The 300 apartments spread over 4.5 acres, consists of 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom+study and 3 bedroom apartments, which are designed for comfort, adhere to fire saftey norms, well ventilated with amazing views of the trees around, rocks and landscape. Essential services like fire escape staircases, proximity to lifts with one stretcher lift in each core, safety precautions for kids such as height of the railing/ glass parapets have been provided. The club house is centrally located on site, packed with amenities such as infinity pool, changing rooms, lockers, spa, badminton court, gym, party halls, games room, to name a few. The elevation features contemporary materials such as exterior wooden cladding. The external facade interspersed with deep, green, planter elements can feature plants, even small trees. The horizontal band formed by the huge balconies along with punctures and wooden cladded utility exteriors, break the verticality of this 15 floored building.
