For each tower, 1 elevator connects podium level to concourse level and from here, 3 elevators travel from the concourse level to the health club level at the top.
There are 244 residential apartments each in S1 and S3 Towers and 284 apartments in S2 Tower - all consisting of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom & 3-bedroom apartments covering a wide range of areas. All aspects of the Architectural Design Services such as MEP, Structure and QS were provided in house to seamlessly integrate the Design and Construction stages, making the project fit amongst work of some of the Best Architects in the World.
The facade is designed in sleek modern lines with a play of aluminum and glass. Projections and fins in combination with balconies provide variety in a very restrained manner. The architectural style is very contemporary with minimal use of decoration thus complementing the philosophy and skills of the architects, making it comparable with works of some of the Best Architects in the world.
