A very holistic abode for the clients to reside, this residence was erected for a doctor and his family of _ members, as a humble piece of architecture enhanced by fine interior design. Formed of exposed brickwork that is composed with plastered surfaces, it creates a playful exterior while the inside serves the users to the epitome of homely atmosphere enriched by providing gardens and semi-covered spaces. Built on a rectangular plot of 4,800 sqft area, the residence comprises of living room, dining area, kitchen and wash area and four bedrooms designed on the ground floor and the first.
Responding to the local climate, the house is provided sufficient garden spaces and courtyard that open through the dining area and keeps the built unit more airy. Suspended pergolas and sharp openings make the structure more elegant. Crafted with various materials like wood, kota stone, terrazzo and much more, the interior is glorified by incorporating various engraved imprints like that of a lotus pattern and other motifs seen at various spots. The Indian kind of furniture is fused with the contemporary one, creating a beautiful blend. The spaces are further enhanced through the rustic look that is in integrated based on the finishes seen in the exterior.
