We would also guide you about prevailing prices in the market so that you are not overcharged by the vendors and also negotiate on your behalf.
LISTING, PHOTOGRAPHY & DOCUMENTATION :
Listing, labeling & photography of your purchases is done by us and all the necessary points about restoration / re-furbishing or any other instructions are noted for future reference. A set of purchase list & photo albums are sent to you for your records.
INSPECTION, QUALITY CONTROL & CONSOLIDATION :
Items are checked thoroughly to ensure that they are not substituted and checked for quality & quantity. Photos of your purchases are emailed to you before final packing for approval and confirmation. All your purchases from different vendors, countrywide are consolidated into one container thereby maximizing volume and saving freight & other related costs.
EXPORT PACKING & SHIPPING :
Purchases are packed using export quality packing material to ensure maximum safety. Customs clearance procedures are also handled by us including archaeological clearances, where applicable.
Payments are accepted via wire transfers, draft payments, foreign cash currency and credit cards. Upon receipt of your deposits, advances are paid to all the vendors and the final payments are made only after all the items are ready as per your instructions.
BESPOKE SERVICES & PHOTO OFFERS :
We are able to custom make items to your sizes & specifications which include Chandeliers, Marble Items, Furniture, etc. Photo Offers including prices can be emailed to arrange buying without a trip to India.
