Basement Parking+ Ground +16 floors Located in the heart of Cosmopolitan Chennai, the proposed high rise apartments for Surendra developers will become the tallest high rise residential development in the city. The building was originally designed and built as an IT park which is currently being converted into residential units. Due to this, the structural needs were to be met such as using foam concrete to reduce the overall dead load of the building in which post-tensioned slabs are used. The building standing 62 meters tall has basement parking, ground floor as lobby and commercial space and floors 1 to 16 hold 8 flats per floor.
