The plan is quite simple, with the area spreading out in two wings connected by projecting verandahs. This allows connectivity with nature, natural light and ventilation to the fullest.
Sitting in the central pavilion which is a semi covered space, designed as the waiting area; one can enjoy the indoor outdoor interchange with the water body, landscape elements and diverse palette of flora seen around. A splash of lush green foliage is taken right to the heart of the structure.
Public, social and personal spaces are segregated considering the activities. The entire building is designed in colonial style, thus, the details including the woodwork, railing, flooring along with its proportions is done in the same style. Stone pieces and artifacts which are placed against a backdrop of beige surfaces accentuate the design intent.
