The master planning project was to be executed on 33.5 acres of land, with first phase of plot F, 8.5 acres. This Urban, residential project included flats, school, club house, commercial malls and other necessities. The principal attempt of the design was to provide the inhabitants with luxuriously spaced apartments and a pleasant neighborhood. The planning proposal interprets the available plot area to its highest potential by treating it as a composition for a pleasant visual experience and comfortable living spaces.
The resultant neighborhood was a blend of formal facades interspersed with informal landscaped areas with multi-functional spaces making the design more effective in terms of spacial perception and future friendly. The layout is started in phases and hence the apartment block is planned with maximum frontage to all. Triangular geometric form is exploited into a hexagonal shape, deriving it from evolution of a multi-faceted snowflake. The hexagonal shapings and extruded triangle minimizes corridor space and enhance individual planning of residences. Extensive study models generated a detailed report on light and wind patterns favorable for placement of the building geometry. Ample parking spaces, hand and soft landscaped regions, water bodies and themed gardens make it a perfect proposition replete with adequate privacy and social settings.
