The site is a corner plot located near a prominent city node. The concept here was to create a public plaza as an extension of that node connecting the two roads for pedestrians. The plaza takes shape as a semi-covered atrium with the retail program and circulation spaces overlooking the same. The built mass is divided into smaller blocks connected together. The upper facades of the building are dynamic as they allow colorful display of the retail brands, whereas the lower floor of the buildings is finished in Natural stone to create a human scale and base for the building.Drawing inspiration from traditional city clock towers located in public squares, the corner of the building is detailed as a tall totem to serve as a urban marker and landmark.
