Jindal 24 (New Delhi): The adaptive reuse of an existing structure in the Lutyen style of architecture. This house was redeigned for a client was a patron of the arts and involved several social and environmental initiatives. The client wished to retain the colonial character of the house while strengthning it structurally. The project had to be completed within six months. Adapting the old structure to modern usage and restoration without demolition was crucial to its design.
